With over two decades of experience in ICT, especially in software and systems business, Mr.Ernest Brown is not only a founding member but also serves as a director at 3S Technologies; his impressive career includes previous roles as Country Manager for NCS Equatorial Guinea and Executive Director at Zipnet.
